Dr. JP Vick is the Lead Pastor of King’s Way Church in Versailles, where he combines deep-rooted faith with a lifelong passion for developing missional leaders. With over twenty years of leadership experience, JP has guided congregations through transformative seasons and shaped future leaders as an adjunct professor. His approach is shaped by a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and a D.Min. in Biblical Preaching, rooted in a commitment to serving others first. JP lives in Versailles with his wife, Christie—a minister and nurse—their four children, and their golden retriever. He’s always open for good conversation and an extra hot venti flat white.
Miguel Bermeo

Pastor Miguel Bermeo
As the Associate Pastor of Multicultural Ministries, Missions, and Care at King’s Way Church, Miguel Bermeo has a natural gift for building bridges between languages, cultures, and hearts. With over 25 years of experience in leadership and discipleship, the ministry he shares with his wife, Silvia, is rooted in a deep passion for walking alongside diverse communities and seeing people thrive in their walk with Christ. Bringing a background in English Literature and ESL to his work, Miguel often blends Spanish, English, and a dash of Portuguese to ensure everyone feels at home. Whether he is translating a complex idea or teaching a new language, his goal is simple: connection. In his free time, you’ll likely find Miguel cooking or savoring a fresh cup of coffee. If he has a mug in hand, consider it an open invitation to share your story.

Kids Pastor & School Director
Pastor Kelly Baker
Kelly serves as the Director of Children’s Ministries with a heart for helping children discover who God created them to be. She believes church should be a place where kids feel safe, known, and excited to learn about Jesus. Kelly also oversees the church’s school cooperative, bringing faith and learning together all week long. She holds degrees in both Family Studies and Education. She is passionate about equipping volunteers, partnering with parents, and creating joyful environments rooted in biblical truth. Kelly lives on a small farm in Versailles with her husband and four kids, where life is best described as faith-filled, joy-soaked, controlled chaos.
Trenton Andreasen
Youth Pastor
Pastor Trenton Andreasen
As the Youth Pastor at King’s Way Church, Trenton Andreasen is passionate about helping middle and high school students build a faith that is real, resilient, and rooted in God’s Word. For 12 years he has faithfully served the next generation, creating spaces where students feel known, challenged, and equipped to follow Jesus boldly in their everyday lives. A graduate of Central Bible College with a degree in Church Leadership and Preaching, Trenton is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. His heart for ministry is centered on biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and raising up student leaders who love God and love people well. In addition to serving in ministry, Trenton is a career firefighter with the Versailles Fire Department, bringing the same courage, discipline, and servant-hearted leadership to both the firehouse and the church. He enjoys working out, playing sports, and staying active—often finding creative ways to channel that energy into youth events and friendly competition.
Trenton lives in Versailles with his wife, Jessie, and their two kids, Ellie and Bo. Whether he’s preaching on a Wednesday night, responding to a call, or cheering from the sidelines, his goal is simple: to see students encounter Jesus and step confidently into the purpose God has for their lives.
