What to Expect

You’ll find a welcoming church with live worship, clear biblical teaching, and a strong focus on families. We’re intentional about creating engaging environments for kids and students while helping people of all ages grow in faith and community.

We meet in-person on Sundays at 10am and 11:30am (español). Wednesdays begin at 6:30pm and translation is available.

We have ample parking in both the front, side, and back of the building.

From tiny infants to energetic 5th graders, we offer a safe, high-energy environment where kids can worship and discover God. Security: Every child receives a unique name tag for secure check-in and pickup. Also, our safety team is on patrol each week. Communication: If your child needs you, we’ll reach out immediately via text. Ages: 6 weeks through 5th grade.

Students 6th through 12th grade are a part of our regular worship services on Sunday mornings in the worship center. Except on 2nd and 4th Sundays, Grades 6,7, & 8 meet after worship in the Student Center for Bible study with other students their age. Wednesday services are held in the Student Center or junior high and high school students.

We want you to feel comfortable. Whether that means jeans and a t-shirt, business casual, or suit and tie, as long as you are wearing clothes, you will fit right in!

You can breathe easy, the answer is NO! Your level of engagement is completely up to you. But if and when you’re ready to take a step, we’ll be ready! There’s a Hi Note that you can fill out in case you have questions, if you’re interested in getting baptized, attending Next Steps, if you’d like to be in the know for church-wide events and activities, and a prayer card if you need prayer. MEET OUR PASTOR

Pastor JP Vick

For over twenty years, JP has been on a mission to help people navigate the “modern mess” of the 21st century by anchoring them in ancient biblical truth. Whether he’s standing behind a pulpit, designing a new curriculum, or teaching the next generation of ministers as a seminary professor, his goal is always the same: building up the people around him.

JP brings a unique blend of deep academic roots and “boots-on-the-ground” experience to the table. He holds both a D.Min. in Biblical Preaching and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies, but he’ll be the first to tell you that those degrees are really just tools to better understand the Spirit’s strategy. For JP, authentic leadership isn’t about having a platform; it’s about the “towel and the basin.”

When he’s not in the classroom or the church office, you’ll find JP in Versailles, Kentucky, living out his favorite roles: husband and dad. He’s happily married to Christie—a powerhouse who manages to be both a minister and a nurse—and together they’re raising four energetic children.

A high-energy golden retriever keeps the whole family on their toes. He’s a regular on the golf course, though he admits he’s usually just out there hunting for a little extra grace (and his ball). And they both are powered by serious caffeine—specifically, an extra-hot venti flat white.
